After a life working in the travel industry, running the luxury Orient-Express and renovating old hotels, an old passion grabbed me. During my time at Bishops Stortford College, I had the immense luck and privilege of being taught by Mr Ian Taylor. What an inspiration he was. Throughout all my years in the business world, I never forgot the love of physics that he nurtured in my then young brain. Now, over 60 years old, I have written my first book - Quantum Untangling - a primer on quantum mechanics. It is being published by Wiley this week.

So, Mr Taylor, I salute you and have put two copies in the post, one for you and another for the school library.
