Sizzling Sunday at Wickets and Wonders!

What a scorcher—and what a day! Thank you to all who joined us for Wickets and Wonders on Sunday 29 June. We hope everyone had as much fun as we did (and stayed cool with plenty of ice cream and shade!).

The cricket match was nothing short of thrilling. The College team had us all on the edge of our picnic blankets, but it was the OS who clinched victory in the final moments of a nail-biting finish with a score of 212 for 7. Every player gave it their all, and we’re so grateful for their energy, sportsmanship, and dedication.

Beyond the boundary, the fun didn’t stop—guests zipped through the air, scaled the climbing wall, conquered the crazy golf course, bounced sky-high on the bungee trampolines, and rolled their way through the zorbs. It was a true playground of summer adventure!

We were especially delighted to team up for the first time with The Friends of Bishop’s Stortford College. Their buzzing bar was a lifesaver in the heat, and their arts and crafts marquee was a shady haven of creativity for our younger guests.

And who could forget the grand finale? The Friends’ technicolour Colour Run was a joyful, paint-splattered celebration that we’re sure will be a lasting memory for everyone who took part.
