A huge THANK YOU for Giving Day support!

Giving Day 2022 saw the Stortfordian Community come together to raise money in support of the Stortfordian Bursary Campaign.

The College campus was buzzing with fundraising activities, every League and House bounced their way through a vast inflatable obstacle course, raising funds from our global community associated with their League/House after the release of our fabulous
Big House Bounce film.

 Our wonderfully enthusiastic Pre-Prep pupils in Year 1 & 2 undertook an enormously successful enterprise activity, making and selling Christmassy items to their contemporaries and then donating the funds to Giving Day.

Special cupcakes ‘sweetened’ fundraising efforts throughout the duration of our 36hr Giving Day.

Final figures and statistics to include gift aid donations are still being calculated but we are immensely proud to update that at present we have received 

£40,128 from 157 generous donations.

We are delighted to announce the winning League/House of the Big House Bounce, the communities of which made the greatest number of donations throughout Giving Day – a sweet treat will be enjoyed by all members before the end of term:

Pre-Prep – Mycenae

Shell – Worcester

Prep School – Newbury

Senior School – RPH & Trotman

Giving Day provides a unifying community wide opportunity to raise funds for the Stortfordian Bursary Campaign, to celebrate what makes Bishop's Stortford College special and to change lives through the provision of the gift of an education at Bishop's Stortford College.
