Bailey Hills Estates is a beautiful Vineyard & Winery located at Wickham Hall, Bishop's Stortford. Having planted their first vines in 2018, Eloise (a Bishop's Stortford College alumni) and her husband Dylan Ford, recently opened a Winery to enable the production of wine from grape to bottle, as well as a Tasting Room for guests to enjoy their first vintages of Premium English Sparkling Wine. Vineyard tours and tastings can be booked in advance, or guests are welcome to pop by the vineyard to taste and enjoy their elegant wines. The Tasting Room, with a capacity for 150 guests, impressive bar area, open space & large windows overlooking the vines, lends itself well to private functions & events.
