Falesia wines come from our beautiful, family-owned, boutique vineyard in Lagos, the Western Algarve. The vineyard sits atop dramatic cliffs with stunning views that sweep south across the Atlantic. The vines are blessed with a fortuitous combination of elements: year-round sunshine, cool sea breezes, divergent temperatures and schist-based soil.
Our white wines are a range of blends using Sauvignon Blanc and the famous Portuguese Arinto grapes; our red wines are a range of blends using Syrah (Shiraz), Cabernet Sauvignon and the famous Portuguese Touriga Nacional grapes. Falesia wines are matured in oak barrels of differing ages, for varying periods of time and together with the years of experience of our winemaker Pedro and our local family adega, we are able to offer new and exciting wines. We will be releasing our 2019 and 2020 vintages in May 2021, both as single year wines but also as a blend of both years, together with a Rosé selection. We look forward to releasing our single varietal and ‘Reserve’ selection in 2022.
We can deliver cases locally (6 bottles/case), especially to Old Storfordians and parents of pupils. Both red and white are £10 per bottle and are both very limited production.
Pure, refreshing British spring water with naturally occurring electrolytes. Filtered through an artesian well and bottled at source. ICENI was inspired by Queen Boadicea and the Iceni tribe who famously rebelled against the Roman Empire. 2000 years later, we’re forming a new tribe who rebel against plastic waste.
Our water is sourced in Britain meaning we have a lower carbon footprint than many other water brands sold in the UK. We offer completely plastic free packaging and use only easily recycable aluminium cans and glass bottles.
